How to Estimate Your Fence:
1. Draw a layout of your fence
area.
REMINDER:
All fence sections come in 8’ lengths
2. Measure the entire area to see how many fence
sections you will need
REMINDER:
You can always cut your fence sections down if you are
off by any measurement.
3. There are four different kind of posts
THE LINE POST: has holes going right through the entire
post for use when sections are being linked together
in a straight line.
THE CORNER POST: is used when there is a ninety degree
angle where two sections are being linked together at
a corner.
THE END POST: is used for in between gates or when your
fence line ends.
THE BLANK POST: is used with a gate when no fencing
is to me attached.
4. Gates should be installed when you are completely
enclosing an area. To figure gate measurements first
assemble the gate and then leave 2” of gate hardware
to get your inside to inside dimensions. (For example
if your gate is 44” you would need an opening
of 46” inside to inside. Therefore you would set
your posts so that there is 46” of space between
the two posts.
5. Use the diagram below to help you draw a layout
of your fence area.
